About Intas Pharmaceuticals
Intas is the Indian biosimilar company with the widest international reach. Its products are sold abroad by Accord, its European and American arm, and by Apotex in Canada. Intas holds the first permissions in the world for denosumab, teriparatide and ranibizumab, all granted in India years before any Western approval, and each has since been approved in Europe. Its pegfilgrastim was the first approved in Europe and Canada, and its denosumab is now approved in the United States, Europe and the UAE. Twelve molecules in all, ten of them permitted in India.
