Compare biosimilar developers
Put two, three or four biosimilar companies next to each other and see how they compare.
Choose the companies from the boxes below. You will see how many products each has approved in each of the seven markets, when its first and its latest approval were, and then, molecule by molecule, which company has a biosimilar and where it is approved. At the end, the page lists the molecules that only one of the chosen companies has.
It answers questions that come up all the time. A company looking for a partner in Japan or the Gulf can see which developers already have approvals there. A company deciding whether to enter a molecule can see which competitors are in and which are not. An investor or a journalist can see, in one table, how two companies that look alike actually differ. A student can trace how a company grew from one product to ten.
Two things to know when reading it. The counts are approved products, so a product sold under several names in one market is counted once. And companies are compared by what they developed, not by what they sell for others; a product licensed in from another developer appears under that developer, and is listed on the company's own page under "Also holds or markets".
Choose at least two companies to compare.
